Villa Costs
The villa is available to book on a Friday to Friday basis throughout the year.

Prices start from only £200 per week.

Included in this price you will be met on arrival at the villa by our on resort agents who will welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

They will also be available during your stay to arrange excursions / taxies etc. to make the most of your holiday…. 

Airport Transfer
Transfer from Dalaman airport (50 minutes) can also be arranged by private chauffeur.

£60 return (up to 4 people).

£100 return (5-6 people).

Note:
Complex pool open summer season only, from the middle of May to the beginning of October.

Local Attractions

Holiday Villa in Turkey for up to 6 people available to rent just 500 metres from the beach, from only £200 per week

There are so many things to do in this part of Turkey that your holiday here will be one never forgotten.

Apart from the miles of beautiful beaches, the Mediterranean Sea and the fabulous sunsets there is plenty more to see and do.


Boat Cruises
Cruise boats regularly take tourists around the Islands in Fethiye Bay.


Paragliding / Paracending Paracending / Paragliding
See the beautiful landscape of Turkey whilst soaring like a bird high in the sky.

If you are brave enough to give it a try it is definitely one view that will remain with you always.


Wind Surfing / Kite Boarding
Strong sea breezes provide excellent conditions for those of you who prefer a more adventurous time on Calis Beach!


Snorkelling Snorkelling / Scuba Diving
The Mediterranean provides some of the best snorkelling and scuba diving anywhere in the world and Turkey is no exception.

Fully equipped boats will take you out to see the world beneath the waves for yourself!


Wildlife
The Calis Beach area is abundant in local wildlife.  From the Butterfly Valley to the ocean there is so much to see, in summer (June / July) the Loggerhead Turtles nest high on Calis Beach, a sight not to be missed.


Sea Fishing Sea Fishing
For those of you who love the ocean but prefer to stay dry there are many charter boats who will take you out for some great sport fishing action.

They will provide you with all of the equipment and take you out to the best spots in the area!


Walking Walking
If you like to go exploring the local area provides some truly stunning walks, how about taking in the sunset whilst strolling along the 5 kilometres of Calis Beach, or the views from the top of the mountains surrounding the immediate area, wherever you walk you will always find something worthwhile.


Nightlife
For eating out, bars and nightclubs the local town of Hisaruno is the place to go, its only a few kilometres away and can provide all of the evening entertainment you will need.


Local History
Local History Site Turkey is streaming with History, there are many many places to go and visit in the local area.  The town of Fethiye has a number of ancient tombs that are scattered throughout the town one of the best being the Lycian Sarcophagus, which is carved from a single block of stone, whilst nearby you will find the ruins of Xanthus the ancient capital of Lycia and Letoon which was a Lycian religious center.


Travelling Around
For those of you without a hire car, the local attractions and entertainment are all served by the local Dolmus (mini-buses), these provide a regular service which is convenient and good value for money.
